Recipient of a Gift Voucher

As per the consumer protection act, Effective 01 Nov 2009 – Gift Voucher are valid for a period of 36 months (3 years) from the date of issue (expiry date is on the Voucher).

Voucher cannot be exchanged in whole or part for cash.

All vouchers are redeemable for treatments only, unless at the discretion of the spa, they allow you to purchase products with the voucher.

Bookings can be postponed (within the validity period) but cancelled only in accordance with the cancellation policy of the spa you are booked with. It will be appreciated that MySpa Voucher is in the hands of the participating spas in this regard – each spa has its own cancellation policy. We have no alternative but to follow their policies.

The list of participating spas is subject to change.

The voucher is not transferable unless the person in question is in possession of the original voucher and the voucher is verified to be a valid voucher. (Not already redeemed by any spa listed with MySpa Voucher.)

Voucher are subject to the terms and conditions of the participating spas however the validity remains 3 years from date of purchase.

Pre-booking is essential and subject to availability. Please contact the spa of choice to confirm booking availability

Corporate Vouchers

Corporate vouchers can be purchased directly from MySpa Voucher for a specific spa or corporate bookings can be made through MySpa Voucher. Contact us on info@myspavoucher.co.za to assist with your corporate booking.

Deliveries terms for Voucher

Email delivery of vouchers:

When purchasing a voucher from our website, it is up to the purchaser to provide the correct details with regards to the information of the person receiving the voucher. The purchaser will not hold MySpa Voucher or its employees liable for email vouchers not delivered, due to the incorrect information supplied by themselves.

The purchaser will be able to be resend the voucher through the purchaser’s login should they have supplied the incorrect details of the recipient.

Courier Delivery of vouchers:

If you have specified a delivery date we will despatch the voucher so that it is delivered on the selected date (not weekends) depending on availability of the courier company. If a voucher is purchased after 12.00 that day, the delivery would fall onto the next working day depending on area.

You can also contact us to track your voucher purchase and its expected delivery. If a specific delivery date is not given we will courier the voucher and free gift as soon as processed.

If the date you have specified falls on a weekend we will endeavour to have it delivered on the Friday of that weekend.

By selecting a specific delivery date we will do our best to have the voucher delivered on that date but if the voucher does not arrive on the specified date MySpa Voucher cannot be held liable, and neither can the courier company concerned be held liable.

Cancellation / Refund policy of voucher

Printed Voucher Only:

Prior to dispatch of Voucher – 90% refund IF the cancellation is prior to the dispatch of the Voucher.

After dispatch – there will be NO refund if the gift Voucher has already been dispatched.

Spa Service cancellation

Should you experience poor service you can email your complaint to info@myspavoucher.co.za  and we will endeavour to follow up with the spa in question. Refunds are at the discretion of the spa in question however we will assist where possible with the complaint to resolve it.
